1. Services

  • CleanHome London provides professional domestic and commercial cleaning services across London.
  • Services include regular cleaning, deep cleaning, end-of-tenancy, carpet cleaning, after-build cleaning, and specialist cleaning.
  • All bookings must be confirmed via email, phone, or through our website.

2. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are based on property size, type of service, and duration.
  • Final quotes will be provided before service begins.
  • Payment must be made in full upon completion, unless agreed otherwise.
  • Late payments may incur interest charges.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Minimum 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Less than 24 hours' notice may result in a cancellation fee (up to 50% of service cost).
  • If our staff cannot gain access at the agreed time, the client may be charged in full.

4. Health & Safety

  • We comply with UK Health & Safety laws.
  • Clients must inform us of any health hazards, restricted areas, or sensitive materials.
  • Certain high-risk tasks (e.g., external window cleaning at height) may require specialist arrangements.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide access to property at the agreed time.
  • Provide access to electricity, running water, and waste disposal facilities.
  • Ensure valuables and fragile items are stored safely before cleaning.

6. Liability

  • We are insured with public liability insurance.
  • We are not liable for:
    • Wear and tear on surfaces or materials.
    • Pre-existing damage or poor condition of property/furniture.
    • Items not secured or left in unsafe conditions.
  • Any claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of service.

7. Staff Conduct

  • Our staff are trained, insured, and expected to maintain professionalism at all times.
  • Clients must treat staff with respect; abuse or harassment will not be tolerated.

8. Complaints & Disputes

  • Complaints must be reported within 24 hours of service.
  • We will investigate and offer solutions, including re-cleaning if appropriate.
  • Disputes will be governed by the laws of England & Wales.

9. Website Use

  • Content on our website is for informational purposes only.
  • Users may not copy, distribute, or misuse website content.
  • We are not liable for third-party links or content.

10. Amendments
